Any FleXtel number can be set to route incoming calls to its voicemail service, with a standard greeting. We have a wide range of free Voicemail to email 070, 0844, 0870 and 0871 numbers. When set, voicemail will be recorded and forwarded to your email address. It is possible to record a personalised greeting, using our simple telephone interface. Any FleXtel number can be set to route incoming calls to our free online fax service. We have a wide range of free fax to email 070, 0844, 0870 and 0871 numbers. All Flextel Numbers are intelligent, with ICD being a free feature, standard with every FleXtel number. ICD allows you to specify a secondary destination number to take your calls if you are busy, can't answer the call, or if the callers telephone number is withheld. ICD can be turned on or off, instantly, through the Account control panel. We have a wide range of free Intelligent Numbers 070, 0844, 0870 and 0871 numbers. Ideal for Sales and Marketing, when DND is set, the Calling Line Identity for incoming calls will be your FleXtel number. This free feature is an ideal solution for small or start-up businesses wishing to publish different FleXtel numbers, for different departments, but having only one person to answer the call. We have a wide range of free Sales-Marketing 070, 0844, 0870 and 0871 numbers. DND can be turned on or off, through the Account control panel. FNP is a free feature and allows you to present your FleXtel number as the outgoing Calling Line Identity (CLI). Full details are given in the Number Presentation User Guide.Free Call Logging:
Receive email alerts when your FleXtel number is called. Emails will show the number of the person who called and when the call was made. Full detailsof this free feature are given in the Call notification User Guide.Free Call Statistics:
Analyse calls made to your FleXtel numbers. This is a free feature. Information includes: Total calls received, how many were busy, how many went unanswered, how many were answered, average ring time and average talk time.Free Privacy:
Using a free FleXtel number means you don't have to publicise your private, ex-directory phone number and so avoid revealing your home location. We have a wide range of free Unlisted-Ex-Directory 070, 0844, 0870 and 0871 numbers. Your FleXtel number is unlisted in any directory and so delivers premier class identity protection.Free Anonymous Call Filter™(ACF):
FleXtel ACF is part of the ICD service. When ACF is set, incoming calls to your number will be routed to the second destination (e.g. voicemail), when no CLI is sent. We have a wide range of free Anonymous-Call-Filter 070, 0844, 0870 and 0871 numbers.Free Directory Listings:
Your FleXtel number can have a free entry in the BT Phone book and directory. We have a wide range of free Phone-Book Directory 070, 0844, 0870 and 0871 numbers. For businesses this also means you will be given the opportuntiy to advertise your number, free of charge, with Yellow Pages and Thomson Local Directories.
Types of Number
Personal 070 Numbers
An 070 number is used by both Personal and Business customers, to redirect calls worldwide. They give the widest range of international destinations and deliver instant access to all major UK mobile networks - Vodafone to Virgin, T-mobile to Tesco and of course Orange, O2 and 3.Business 0870 Numbers
The traditional Business number with revenue share and free call diversion to UK, and some international destinations, including USA and Eire. It is also widely available from overseas.Business 0871 Numbers
The most flexible business number, this can be routed to the major UK mobile networks (Orange, O2, Vodafone and T-mobile) and is available to many international destinations.Business 0844 Numbers
The low cost marketing number with free EU and USA call international diversion.Cherished Numbers
We have many different types of memorable phone number available for both business and residential users. These range from sequence-memorable (a repeating number) to alpha-memorable (a number that spells a word). The pricing for such numbers is a minimum of £10 and can go over £10,000, reflecting the type and exclusivity of the number you are interested in buying.International Routing and Call-Through
Many of our flexible numbers deliver free international access and offer call-though capability from both fixed and mobile phones, so you can use them to make amazing savings on international calls, especially from mobiles. Also our 0871 international call-through numbers can be used to allow you to call friends abroad for about 10 pence per minute from BT.Flexible Numbers and the Virtual Office
All the above powerful features, when taken together, means that FleXtel's flexible numbering service gives you a Virtual Office capability, at no cost to you. Depending on your specific needs you can select from 0844, 0870, 0871 and 070 virtual office numbers, with 0844 being the cheapest to call, with the least flexibility and 070 offering maximum flexibility, but costing more to call. All numbers ranges cost you nothing to operate, with many numbers being free to own.
